Sofa Pricing

Our sofa pricing is very competitive compared to chain stores.  Most sofas are around $1195. Condo sofas (a size between a sofa & love seat) are around $1095, love seats are about $995, chair 1/2 around $695 and chairs about $595.  Ottomans are usually around $350-395, depending on size.  These prices will vary by model.  Models with more exposed wood on the bases may be a little higher.  You can always call us to get an exact quote on a particular model.

Sectionals vary widely even within the same model because of the enormous amount of size & layout variation that we provide.  If you were making a sectional that is about the size of a sofa and a loveseat, the price would be about the cost of a sofa and a loveseat in that same model.  Call us with the size of the space you want to fill and we can give you a quote over the phone!  Regardless of the size of your sectional, our price and customizing will make it a great deal.

Local Delivery

We charge just $99 for inside "white Glove" delivery within thirty miles of the showroom. If you are within 100 miles from a showroom, we can use our local delivery service with inside "white glove" but we will need to quote you depending on mileage and town size. For clients living more than 100 miles from the store, we can arrange truck/tailgate service to any location. This service does not include inside delivery. It is drop at the street and bringing it inside is your responsibility (the truck drivers will not help). Ask sales associates for details.
