Quality is exceptional. Delivery was timely, professional and efficient - in and out in 30 minutes. Special post-delivery order for softer cushions was handled and delivered in less than two weeks. Such customer service is extremely rare these days.

What a great couch. We just got it delivered today, and it's fantastic. The buying process was relaxed and straightforward, and we ended up adding some crazy customizations that would have been really expensive elsewhere. (9" wide armrests are great for lap tops.) It took about 4 weeks to arrive.
The staff was helpful but not overbearing, and they really know sofas. The same guys who were in the store when we ordered the couch came to deliver it (free, within a nice one-hour window), and the entire delivery process took about four and a half minutes.

I Had a GREAT experience with them and I LOVE my new sofa! I worked with Ann and she was a great help to me because she let me hang out there and ask her a ton of questions. She then gave me swatches, drawings and measurements for the various designs I had asked about. I walked out with more information and estimates than I could have imagined. She did not pressure me to buy and was a great sounding board for my ideas and concerns. I went back the next day and ordered my sofa. They built it and had it delivered in two weeks. Never in the history of furniture delivery have i experienced such a thing! It was great! The guys that delivered my sofa were awesome; totally funny, polite, fast, helpful and even took all of the packaging material with them. I could not be happier with my sofa. I got EXACTLY what I wanted and could not be happier with the quality. Since I have bought a lot of furniture in my life, I can honestly say that this was one of the most EXCELLENT experiences I have ever had buying furniture on every level: great price, great customer service, awesome delivery guys!!!!! I shopped all around for sofas when I moved into town. Because I had left my old ikea "couch" for dead, I thus had nowhere to sit in my living room. So, time was of the essence. But I also really needed to graduate from Ikea-type places. This place turned out to be perfect for me. First off, they were able to make a custom couch (I "needed" it to be red) in under a month! After shopping around considerably, I couldn't find a timing deal like this. But the BEST part of the whole thing was THEY GAVE ME A LOANER COUCH IN THE MEANTIME. Given that I had nothing in my living room AND a friend coming to visit in like a week, this was exactly what I needed. The price on the whole deal was very reasonable too. And now I'm staring at my cool red couch, loving it.
